During the event, an insightful research paper was accepted and presented, titled: “An FPGA Architecture for Authentication and Key Agreement Protocol for 5G Networks,” authored by Marios Papadopoulos, Dr. Konstantinos Lampropoulos, and Prof. Paris Kitsos. The paper introduces a significant hardware architecture and implementation aimed at enhancing authentication mechanisms in 5G networks.
